The Block is a very nice home! :) Very nice exterior design of the home! The texture of the exterior looks very nice and suits the industrial theme well! It looks very nice how you have used the ledges in the build! The upper front and back balconies are very nice! Sims will enjoy cooking meals on the BBQ on the back balcony and eating them in the sunshine at the table. They will have fun playing chess or in the game cube. It looks nice how you have placed the plants either sides of the seats there. Sims will enjoy resting there in the outdoors air. The floor paving is nice. It looks great how you have placed the windows in the build! The type of and placement of the plants and flowers at the front of the build complements with the home very well. The rooftop pool patio is very nice! Sims will have fun swimming in the pool, or enjoy sitting on the seat bench looking out at the nice views! It is a nice touch how you have placed a red and a green coloured pot either sides of the seat bench. Sims will like growing plants in the planter there or the gardening box on the ground back patio. Very nice corner sitting nook on the ground patio for sims to enjoy resting in the sunshine listening to music from the music player. Very nice furnishing and layout of the interior of the home! Nice bar counter area for sims to enjoy sitting on the stools having a drink from the bar. Very nice windows dining area. The white colour of the dining seats looks nice with the texture of the dining table. The plants are a nice touch on the table top. Sims will enjoy sunlight coming in through the windows whilst dining there. Very nice kitchen! The white cabinets and wall tiling look very nice together. The fruit bowl and teapot on the counters are nice kitchen touches in the room. It looks very nice how you have used the fencing to separate off the kitchen area. Very nice study room! It is nice that you have two computer study desks there, for two sims to enjoy using the computers together at the same time. They will enjoy looking out through the windows at the outdoors whilst they are sitting there using the computers or reading a book from the bookcases. Very nice bedrooms! The brown colour scheme of the rooms looks nice, and the wall tiling gives a nice look in the room. The lady bird looks cute on the bedside table in the kids room! The lights are nice touches on the bedhead walls in the bedrooms.
