Recently, I have been going through my old stories and challenges that I've created now that I'm in a better place to write and get creative again. Gloomy Legacy is one I created because I like the ideas of 10 generation legacy challenges. It gives a story focus, which for me, is really fun! So I keep creating these challenge rules when I start playing a story. It's funny that I write out challenges... but really it feels like I'm just writing out a story blueprint instead for my own writing.
Regardless I've decided to share those rules in the past, and Gloomy Legacy was one of them that I felt was fun enough to share with others if they wanted to join in. As for my own story, it got put on an accidental hiatus because life just hit me like a truck and I got really busy. Just before I was about to start generation two. I uploaded a ton of cool sims and lots, though I never did quite finish filling out all of Willow Creek, there are still slots open.
I've gone through all my old posts, updated links so that the bottom of each page has a link to the next and previous chapters, as well as a link to the first post for anyone that Is just starting to read the story. It's a bit story, bit game play based. I tend to write everything kind of in the middle of the two.
This is a link to the table of contents on my wordpress for anyone that wants to jump straight to it. There are new banners that I finally got around to making at some point. Though I don't remember exactly when I did that. I think it was the beginning of this year when I was starting to give a makeover to my Wordpress. I got some fun facts out as well in my newest post here.
As for the continuation, it is going to happen incredibly soon! I'm not going to try to continue filling out the rest of the lots in my casting call for generation two unless anyone would really like to have their sims/ builds added.
Just as a quick look so you can see what I have left (though please do go look at all the lovely builds and sims I chose because there are some talented creators I got to use!)
