Gremlins Gnomes and Money Faeries

Just kind of thinking about these lot traits, and how it would be cool if you could actually see goblins show up to wreck your stuff when everyone is sleeping, or see gnomes do the opposite

Or see little money giving pixies leaving money in random places for you to find

I just think fleshing out the lot types in general would make them mean quite a lot more, especially if going on to or living on different lots opened up new options for things to do.. like setting goblin traps or wards to drive them off or leaving gifts for faeries and gnomes to make them more likely to show up
