What a great idea! I would absolutely love grocery stores to be implemented exactly like you outlined it above.
The car shaped shopping cart for toddlers would be so lovely and would bring back childhood memories too. :smile:
I also really like the plushie etc. collection reward thing.
Girl scouts with cookies sounds like a neat little addition and in my opinion would fit in well with a pack like that. :cookie:
With a grocery store divided into different departments like you described I would like to see the possibility to purchase various products and ingredients, which could overhaul the cooking/ingredient system, similar to how the Cooking & Ingredients Overhaul mod for The Sims 3 was. Also this pack could be a nice occasion for additional snacks and maybe recipes.
Maybe they could make an ice cream freezer like this:
