ok, so I finished a bit sooner than I expected. I probably did forget something, but its way past my bedtime so have to cut short :D
This is quite a small house, 1 bedroom/1 bath, built for one of my spellcasters. There are bookshelves, but no actual study...although I did make a small space for a cauldron. I usually furnish "simple", with little clutter. Lot features a small graveyard as well (decorative gravestones only, I'm afraid) The property is quite large, though, so shouldn't be a problem if someone wants to expand the house. Which I probably will do myself at some point.

Lot: Fledermaus Bend, 30x30
Lot traits: Island spirits and Gremlins (figured I'd use those as Ghosts and Poltergeists)
