Handiness: Improve furniture (introduce breaking of furniture)

With handiness sims can improve fridges, sinks, ovens, basically anything electric or plumming to get better stats. So why not also improve sofa's, beds, or chairs to be more comfortable? What...

I would love to be able to upgrade my bed. either though handiness or the option to buy a better mattress. (if they talked to Serta I am sure they would love to partner and then you get the option to upgrade your bed to a Serta mattress, with the bonus of getting a counting sheep toy.)
