Handiness: Improve furniture (introduce breaking of furniture)

I just want cleaning skill back and have to actually clean stuff really

its so useless having neat sims that have nothing else than puddles dishes and counters to clean

and maids keep leaving because there isn't anything to clean in first place :neutral:

but true it wouldnt hurt if the cheap furniture broke sometimes too or angry sims could even break it out of rage

or clumsy sims could break it by accident and get embarrassed
