Health Bar That Affected by Foods and Activities

Hi! I just have an idea, I'm not sure if anyone ever talked about this before. I think this idea is simple enough to be implemented and it will bring consequences to what Sims eat and do.

As we all know, The Sims 4 has calorie system https://carls-sims-4-guide.com/tutorials/calories.php, food that is eaten by a sim do affect their weight, so I also think it will be great if it affects their Health too. My idea is there's a Health Bar. Each food & drink does have a Health point & each activity such as swimming, jogging, running, basketball, etc does increase the health point.
So the lowest point will be 0 and 1000 as the highest point/healthiest state. Each day, the Health Bar will decay by 10 points. Healthy foods such as Garden Salad & Fruit Salad will increase the health points by 30, while some unhealthy foods such as Hamburger, Steak, Hot Dogs will decrease the health points by 30. Going jogging, swimming, running on a treadmill will increase the health point by 20 every hour. Of course, this is for example only and the exact number will be up to The Sims developer if they really wanted to implement this idea.

When health point drops below 300, sims will start to feel sick and sometimes throw up. Sims will feel extremely sick when their health point drops below 50, throw up more often and may pass out randomly. Staying extremely sick for 3 days will eventually kill a sim. A player will have an option to go to the hospital (I don't care if it's a rabbit-hole at this point), buying medicine to increase the health point, and the consequences of consuming a lot of it (let's say more than 3 times in 24 hours) will cause a sim overdose, which reverts the good effect of the medicine.
The health bar is supposed to be hidden just like the current weight/fatness. To know a sim's health, the player will need to do a check-up.

I think this idea is not overly complicated and it is possible to implement into the current game, or maybe The Sims 5. I know many people have a better idea, more depth than what I suggested but I just want to be realistic at this point. What do you think about this?
