Sims 4 does have some really great building features but some drawbacks too, I decided to make my first real from scratch build based on a renovation of my first featured build for Sims 3. Most of my old builder friends seem to have retired/moved on, but I figured I'd share my works here anyways. This is still sort of a WIP:

It is great that you have made a Sims 4 version of your Sims 3 steampunk themed build. The exterior design is very great! 🙂Very nice windows and great glasshouse area with glass roofing and glass walls. The interior furnishing of each area is beautiful! Very nice warm brown and green colours. The design, open plan layout and the furnishing of the kitchen, dining and sitting area is lovely! 🙂Very nice wood wall paneling and great wood textured furniture. The glass windows walls and glass roofing in the dining nook is very nice and the plants and greenery through the room areas are lovely. The study desk and bar counter rooms are very nice and lovely design of the bedrooms.

One great thing between Sims 3 days and Sims 4 days is that you have remained a consistent supportive element for us rosemow :)

And it is just big enough to fit the 4 seater seance table (though still require MOO), regular table with 4 seats (though still require MOO), flower arranging table, throne (tested with Holding Court), or a cowplant! and also squeeze in 2 extra tabletop plants pots but on the ground. I love my green house XD
