Stately Southern Beauty is a very nice home! :) The exterior design of it is so very nice! The dormers look nice and it looks very nice how you have done the front porch and the balconies! It looks very nice how you have used the colunns. It looks very nice how you have placed the flowers, plants and trees through the outdoors areas! The water fountain at the front area of the home is nice for sims to see when coming to enter the home. Very nice backyard area! It looks very nice how you have done the water fountain feature there! It is great that you have placed seat benches there and an umbrella covered table for sims to enjoy sitting resting in the sunshine enjoying the vey nice floral and plant surroundings! It looks very nice how you have done the front area where you have placed the birdbath! It is a very nice sitting nook area. Very nice evening picture of your home. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! The foyer area is great. The flowers on the table and the plants in the corner nooks are nice for sims to see as they enter the home. Very nice dining room! It looks very nice how you have placed the cabinets there! It looks great how you have used the cabinets to create a mirror alcove and have placed the lights either side of the mirror. The red and brown colour scheme of the room looks very nice! The type of dining seats that you have used suit well the type of home. The study is very nice. Sims will enjoy sitting at the study desk using the computer or reading a book from the bookcase. Very nice furnishing of the Great room! It looks very nice how you have done the fireplace section! It looks great how you have placed the white cabinets there ! The clock on the fireplace ledge and the curtained picture on the wall are very nice touches. It looks very nice how you have placed the sofas and armchairs in the room. Sims will enjoy sitting resting on the seats having a chat or enjoying listening to music from the grand piano being played. Sims will enjoy playing the piano in the corner music nook . Very nice family room for sims to enjoy sitting as a family on the sofa and enoy watching tv in front of the fire. It looks very how you have used the cabinets there around the tv.and the windows! It looks great how you have created window alcove shelves nooks there. The rabbit and basket of eggs on the shelves there are nice touches. Very nice design of the kitchen! The bar stool counter is great! Child sims will have fun playing in their playroom! The jigsaw pattern on the floor looks fun for them to see and the animal picyures on the wall look nice for them to see. They will have fun using the chemistry set or doing artwork on the table.It looks very nice how you have done the gentleman' s lounge! The brown wall paneling there looks very nice! Sims will enjoy sitting on the armchairs there having a talk in front of the fire, or have fun playing games on the card table. Very nice furnishing of the bedrooms ! The master bedroom looks very nice! Very nice fireplace sitting and reading area in the master bedroom! It looks great how you have placed the bookcase in the room, and hsve placed the musical picture above it. The floral picture on the fireplace wall is very nice for sims to see when sitting there . The curtained picture on the bedhead wall is very nice for sims to enjoy seeing whilst layng in bed. The pink pattern on the walls in the girls bedroom looks pretty and the butterflies picture on the wall are nice for sims to see when coming to bed. Great study desk nook areas in the kids bedrooms for the sims to enjoy sitting at and using the computer or reading a book.The penguin tv in the boys toom looks cute! The flowers on the tables and on the floor in the upper stairs hallway, the clock and the pictures on the walls there are nice touches.
