Another Happy at Home Event?

On my home screen just now appeared another Happy at Home event with the same objects to claim as the last one. Is this a home screen bug or another of the same event?

    Hey all, 

    This is the exact same event and reward set that we previously ran, this is simply a rerun of the event for players who weren't playing The Sims yet when it was previously available. 

    Earlier today it was briefly showing up again for everyone, but if you were around for the first event you should no longer be seeing this one in game now.

    Same thing happened to me just now. I even put a backup of my usersettings file in, to be sure I hadn't accidentally deleted it when I put my mods back in. 

    I'm guessing it's some sort of bug, because I can still buy the trash can and vending machine in build mode, so I imagine the other stuff is still available too, I didn't check those.

    I just restarted my game and I'm not getting any pop-up or even tile this time.
