Hot Topic Challenge
This challenge is inspired by the recent music video made by Bbno$, ‘Hot Topic.’
It’s a teen runaway-rags-to-riches with social goals in mind.
Cottage Living and Sims Vampires is required: Sims eco life highly suggested, and a vending table might be ideal for your sim.
Rules:
1. Your elderly parent sim and you are at heavy odds with each other since they found out you are a vampire- aka, at a full red bar of di Hate... is a strong word. Your parent should have a normal farm house nearby, however your teen sim must start alone in the Henford-on-Bagley.,
2. You are not allowed to talk to any adults as a teen, go to school, or sell any projects that you might accidentally pick up from going to school. The only adults you can talk to is your boss, hired help, other vampires, and the parent that you left.,
2. You can only sell items in your inventory through Plopsy, or vending table.,
Your lot must remain: Off-The-Grid and Simple Living. Bonus: Reduce & Recycle ,
3. Your sim hates Ai, so no robotic help like the robot vacuum or robot house keepers. Only allowed to hire human help.,
4. Traveling now costs 50 simoleons. Uber isn’t cheap.,
5. Your parent didn’t hate you that much, so you have about $100 to spend. I highly suggest to use it wisely. Maybe go to the library.,
6. Pan handling is acceptable: (It is a mod.),
7. This should be obvious, your lot must be empty starting out. No purchasing houses are moving in with anyone. Your teen must remain the main house.,
8. If you take any heirlooms from your parents house, you’re not allowed to sell it.,
9. You cannot visit your parent’s house until you are best friends.,
10. If you find or buy a bike, traveling to anywhere in Henford-on-Bagley becomes free.,
11. Must become friends before entering a sim’s residence. In spirit of the vampire house invitation rule.,
12. You are permitted to rent a tent for 3 days, but you’ll have to delete it and will have to get rid of 500 simoleons and however much the tent gave when selling it back at 12 PM (noon) on the fourth day. This leniency is not further given after. This is optional. I’d prefer people to figure out how to survive without doing this, but I know it’s not easy as a teenager outside of the vampire neighborhood.,
Objectives:
-Becoming best friends with your parent. If they die before then, you’ve failed.
-Forming a successful Vampire club. (10 members of your own sired vampires and hosting three successful group parties.)
-Reaching top of music career.
-Making at least 5 million Simoleons while having a pretty cool house. (You can’t just live on an empty lot the whole time.)
Bonus Objectives.
-Turning your parent into a vampire. Told you it wasn’t a phase!
-Train your parent into mastering being a vampire.
-Befriending 3 celebrities.
-Get a following of 1 million followed on social media.
-Post at least successful 10 videos in one year.
-Make everyone in your club wear scary face paint, including yourself, regardless of outfit.

Notes:
Yes, obviously, not every goth is a vampire, and vice versa, but vampires are about as goth as sims can be without having to always wear black. Although you can wear black and listen to goth music, of course!
Yes, a lot of these goals are references to the song and other songs of bbno$ IYKYK.
I thought this would be a cute challenge considering the upcoming holiday coming up (Halloween,) and I find regular teen runaway challenges too easy. I hope to see some people actually try this. I know I will once I move out.
