House boats in Sims 4

Question

House boats should return to Sims 4! They don‘t need to move around, just for the aesthetics of living at the sea on a boat.

Ooo... I so miss the houseboats.  Also, I remember playing once, my daughters Sims Castaway on Wii.  That was so fun but not easy.  It would be so nice if Sims 4 can bring back houseboats &amp; the Sims Castaway in Sims 4 PC.

Yeah I would love to Create a Family/Club of Sailors fisherman and a pirate rival family that terrorizes them and the seas.
