How about attics/usable space under the roof ?

Well, as ROM is coming I decided to try building the Halliwell Manor from Charmed, which wouldn’t be the Halliwell Manor without it’s attic. Except.....we don’t have attics. The only way to build one ...

Nice!! See, you made it a bedroom, that's something I'd like to be able to do as well, use the space under the roofs for extra bedrooms.

The house I downloaded from somewhere I don't remember where. The only thing I made was the attic. This house only had 2 floors and I made an 3rd floor.
