How many floors do you put into most of your home builds?

Most are one story so I chose that option. I like tiny/small builds on the smallest lots for the coziness and ease of play. But, I do sometimes have a basement gym/storage area and/or occasionally a two-story build.

The most stories I've ever had in a build was the maximum allowed plus two basements. That was a special circumstances build though for my Apocalypse challenge save. The rules restrict building to an 8x8 area until a certain aspiration/career is completed.
