How social workers & adoption could be improved

Instead of a child just spawning after an adoption, I think it would be better if the social worker visited with the child to assess / rate the household on certain criteria - similar to the private s...

A little bio on the kid would be nice. At least confirm the gender as some of the names and appearances aren't very apparent. My main Sim keeps only having girls and rather than do all the music and food tricks to have a boy I prefer her story to involve adopting
