How to move blocks on Worpress to a new post? Or how else do you do chapters?

Hi everyone,
I think I'm making a mess on Wordpress. If you write simlit on it, how to you add chapters? I could only figure to create a post (blog post? I still don't get what that's about vs. Main Site...what's the diff?), and I used a block for each image and each section or paragraph. But now my "post" which I had intended as a chapter, is more like several chapters in one, and I want to divide them up. I see other people with good WP pages, but how? How do you do it?
