I feel like the Skills in the Sims 4 should leads to better career chance cards

I wish that the skills needed for one's career should increase performance with high skill, and also chance cards are better results depending on sim skills. Only a suggestion!

I also like when the chance cards use up inventory items, like in the jungle and star wars game packs

The chance cards for work are perfect the way they are. Just high skill leads to better results.
