Idea: Conjoined twins, or 2-headed sim

I know would need some new animations but would look nice.
I saw some photo manipulations (using The Sims 4 as base) and see it:

Unfortuntelly those pics are not a mod, is photo manipulation, but the idea is cool
Also could have 2 traits as toddler and child, 3 as Teen, 4 as Young Adult, even as teen or older, 2 aspirations active at same time (when create at CAS, both aspirations from same category)
