Idea: Cooking & Mixology update/overhaul

During the past months (and years?), several skills received major updates. Gardening in prep for Seasons, Photography now (even though I never used this skill and have no clue what they did), Fishing...

Speaking of Mixology, can you get your sims drunk? Can they throw up? I have never tried because it seem to take a long time to finish a beverage. I would love to try tho.
