OH MY GOSH!!
Okay first off I've been gone for awhile and thank you @greenXen !
Well I've made a thread of almost everything I've ever desired and hoped to improve family/younger and older lifestages. But I have had a few more ideas since i've been gone.
Now that my daughter is 9 months and son is 3, I've totally thought of more that would be whimsically cute and some that would totally benefit the life of a sim. Trying to remember them, but here's the basics of my thoughts:
Influence/Parenting System
Okay in my parenting system/ Influence idea, parents/guardians/etc could do more than just "bond" with their kids. They could actually raise their children in many terms than one Behaviorally and academically, and social habits. Theoretically, It would feel like a big hybrid of the old "encouragement" interactions infused with the old pet's teachings. Good, Bad, Explore/Adventurous,Smart/Advanced would be the stepping stone for these. Parents/families would start their adventures with toddlers, teaching these little ones at the start their values, like being polite to others, using your "indoor voice" in the house, allowing them to help tidy the house, or even help bake cookies, are just some examples that would influence your child to be a good little angel. Little angels almost always ask their parents if they can help clean and never keep a messy toddler bed. Their toys are almost never on the floor and they enjoy being the positive talk of their parents. While letting your child run amok and feel as if she/he is ruler of the house, then you'd obviously have a little monster on your hands. Little monsters would be a the biggest challenge for sim families, as they run, climb, and throw/break objects, they also enjoy pulling hair and showing the big sims whose boss! So watch out!! The Little adventurer would be pretty fun, as this toddler behavior would increase the need to explore. Now this isn't just a term of the toddler just randomly walking around the house,no. This little one would actually explore the couch and whatever he finds is defiantly going in his pocket (or in his toy chest lol), could you imagine the look on your sim families faces after finding mom's old pearls, dad's lucky tie, big brother's favorite football, big sister's ballet slippers, grandpa's broken pocket watch, all in this little explorers toy trunk? Why would he do it? Simple! No different from us, these little ones just want to know what all these things do, which would allow yet another parenting interaction for the parents to explain the objects to the child. This in return would add towards adventurous trait, while giving them experience in the garden and showing them different rocks influence gathering. Educating them with coloring books, a educational program, number charts, etc would not only increase logic and creativity, it would also give access of choice to gain the genius, creative, bookworm or loves music trait and making them little Einsteins. Little Einsteins are advanced learners and excel in the education part of preschool. learning numbers and letters (which help the logic skill) are a breeze. Coloring books would also prove to be quite easy and rewarding as it help gains the creativity skill. Parents can also help along and join in with their toddler in coloring, this would help them understand more and therefore fasten the skill speed gain. Continuing that road would gain access to the choice of gaining the loves art trait. Lastly the baby drums would also help in gaining creativity as well as the "music lover" trait.
Now as I said above about preschool, yes, your toddler has the "option" to go to preschool!
Now preschool is similar to the elementary/high-schooling system, however I've changed it just a bit. For one thing, your little ones learn actual Skills while at preschool. And most importantly, they have two types of grades xDD. This is an example from my thread:
So really your child could be as sweet as an angel yet she might not understand (in other words has a hard time with skills or understanding).
Or could be a total genius, yet terrorize his classmates and the classroom's things (which as said above xD might be coming out of your funds lol).
It's a bit late right now, so that's all I can post xD but I'll be back lol.

Instead of the "grades" they'll soon learn to love/hate as children, Preschool grades are determined by the teacher's day review note home. The review will be divided, one part for educational and the other behavior.
Educational Review
- Brilliant: "You daughter Emily is phenomenal in school! She's learning things at a very high pace. Might I suggest a gifted school?"
- Excellent Review: "Emily is doing very well in school, with a little more teachings, she could excel beyond highschool!"
- Good Review: "Emily has certainly improved. She's finally getting better at coloring in those lines! Perhaps she
- Okay: "Emily is learning things at a fairly normal pace. Remember every child learns at a different pace, so we'll work to help her understand."
- Bad: "Emily is having a tough time learning things. We'll try to teach her, but as her parents/family, we hope you do your part too!"
- Awful: "Emily has very tough time learning anything. We desperately need her family to help out in her educational development."
Behavior Review
- Brilliant: "Your toddler is outstanding in class! She sits quietly during storytime and she always shares her toys with the other children, A true little angel! "
- Excellent: "I'm quite surprised with your Toddler! She's the only child in my class who actually wants to help me pass out the baby carrots around the class!"
- Good: "Emily is doing very well, she's starting to learn how to be patient, and that she can't always have her way. I'm glad we're making progress."
- Okay: "Emily has started to listen to us. However sometimes she doesn't. Her family needs to help teach her more manners"
- Bad: "Emily is becoming quite a burden of the class. She's doesn't like to share at all and refuses to listen to us."
- Awful: "Your child is a Little Monster!! We have no idea how to handle her! Not only doesn't she listen to us, she also causes havoc among the preschool, breaking everything (which we hope you'll be paying for!!) and putting play-doe in her classmates hair. Get Help or The Social Worker!"
(^please note: that last pharse is meant to be only a world play, but it would be funny if that happened in game xD)
