Could we have an option to hire a handyman to upgrade the appliances etc? I can't be bothered to teach every single sim handiness skill, plus it's not always realistic. A super rich sim would rather hire someone to do it and not all the unbreakable items look as good as the lower quality ones, so this option would be perfect.
