Schoolhouse Gardens
And I saved the best for last...
Old-fashioned Victorian decorated in period furnishings and without modern conveniences. Designed around the Romantic Gardens Stuff Pack, this has an extensive formal gardens with gazebo and fountain. Fully decorated without CC, and with using as few packs as possible while keeping with the Victorian theme.
