Inclusive CAS

What I like the most about the sims 4 is that there is no need to come out and you can be whoever you want and love freely because homophobia and transphobia doesn't exist there. I find it limiting that we can only create women and men sims with masculine or feminine body types, including man sims with feminine bodies or women sims with masculine bodies. I would like they add more options to the CAS like a third gender, beards for woman sims, being able to make a woman sim without breast and a man sim with breast as an option in the CAS (or feminine man body for women and masculine woman body for men), binders, mastectomy scars and breast augmentation scars in the scar category in the CAS...
