Is anyone taking requests for NoCC art?

I know there are just a few people who can still make art that counts as NoCC. Does anyone know of any of them that are taking requests on making that art? I have a few things that I would like to be pictures my sims can hang without it counting as custom content.

I've made the recolors but I would like to eventually upload this build but won't be able to upload my recolored version, I would prefer a NoCC art version so that its sharable on the gallery.

Also, is this something I could do myself? I know its all if they have the game version before a certain patch... would I be able to uninstall my game but then reinstall it and not update the patches so that I can make the non-custom content art?
