Is there a Ladder?

I was wondering if there is a ladder in any of the expansions or game add on packs. I don't have them all.

I would like just a ladder that could go up or down instead of stairs. I kind of like the idea of making a hidey hole or a bunker and it is just a few squares wide or a manhole cover wide. I could put plants around it or other items and then pretend only a few sims know the way there. So it would be just a ladder going down into a basement or it can also function to go into an attic if you like that.
It would be so neat also if there were lockable man holes or doors to these places so it could be set to clubs getting in or just a few can get in.
