Oh, I see. Well I can relate to that as well actually. My boyfriend (and baby daddy.. haha) is Australian. We met in Australia but chose to move to and live in Norway. No better place to live with young kids, longest paid maternity leave in the world! :tongue:
In any case, it breaks my heart that we can't be close to his family. We do Skype with his parents every weekend though. Often we just leave the phone there and she just sits and watches the kids for hours. My oldest will actually ask to talk to his Nana now, so I'm happy to see him develop a relationship with her, despite the distance. WTB instant teleportation travel that is free!
