Just an idea, how about give this a little tweak?

I have already gone through the whole baby stage, I'm a grandma now (but this isn't about me). As any parent can tell you from experience, there has been that diaper or two that just could not contain what it is supposed to hold. Anyways I was wondering if this little moodlet could be tweaked a bit that the parents would get a bit of a surprise, especially if they don't change the diaper in a timely fashion. The moodlet is already in the game... well maybe a picture could explain it much better.

I must clarify that if this is ever added, that there should not be a relationship hit, because it would be the parent's fault in their duties, the anger would be at themself. lol
