As far as CC for Consoles, I read that's an issue with Sony & Microsoft not allowing it and not so much about EA not wanting to do it.

When you install CC/Mods for PC, you place a file into a folder within the games folder. There's no way to do that for console.

But if EA could/would implement some type platform or additional area in the Gallery where CC Creators could upload their CC then console players could download it directly into their console, similar to how it's done when you purchase packs.
