If possible, could someone build this house on a 50x50 lot with terrain tools and a pool in the backyard? The basement doesn’t have to have all the extra rooms if it’s too much. Also, you don’t have to fully furnish it, just put countertops, fixtures, and light furnishings to indicate which room it is.
I am attempting to build this. It is a beautiful home. Do you want this built with just basegame or other packs?

A few things to note; since the sims doesn't allow you to put stairs on diagonals I had to shift some things in the left side of the house which shrunk your craft room into a tiny closet. And due to some constraints with where the basement would let me build walls, I had to move a lot of the basement rooms to places the game would allow; but I still kept all the main rooms (Wine cellar, theatre, gym, etc.) It's late but hope it works out for you!
Sorry, I just saw this! If you still want to build it, I have every pack except for Bust the Dust (plus I'm preordering the new pack).
You don't have to build on a diagonal if it's too difficult for you. I'm more interested in the style and the floorplan.
