Late 2023 EP theme?

Don't get me wrong, I'd love hotels, I just don't think they fit with neighborhood, unless it's a slimmed down b&b version. Perhaps running businesses out of your home would be neighborly? One can hope. For me, the perfect neighborhood pack would include creating town events for ourselves, buildable apartments and townhouses, multipurpose lots, the ability to run a business out of your home, some sort of development of the neighborhood stories, some sort of limit to how sims can travel and, ideally, the ability to own, buy, rent and sell property and tend to the buildings and tenants.
