Hi, a new showcase how fun!
I love the Obsidian. So modern and fresh. I especially love those outdoor areas! They remind me of countless bars I've been in, you know, in my young days before I got into gaming and my life got meaning. haha! I love the large bar area, and how open the whole room feels with those large glass windows. Well done, it's a great nightclub venue!
As for the WIP, I admire that you are not using money cheats. I have wanted to do that countless times, but I always get impatient since it's building I have mostly cared about the last few years :p I might get there one day! It's a lovely little home though, with lots of potential. Good luck with the build going forward :)
