Let’s Talk About Elders

Talk about a lack of representation! There’s a reality for us seniors that’s somewhere between “trying too hard to stay young” and Sitcom Geezer Stereotype. Seniors are staying more active for a lot longer these days. The animation in CAS annoys me, and with clothing skewing toward urban YA style in most packs, I’m limited in choices if I want to create an elder that’s stylish and age appropriate, but not frumpy. Ditto for hair. Cottage Living added that whole cottage core esthetic, which gives me some longer dresses, at least. But still, can we get smart clothing and hair for elders? Oh, and ditch the slumpy back cracking!
