EP7: "The Cracks Are Showing"
We're back to Bodhi and Mei... and Mei is just not feeling like herself. She's stuck in a drudgery of "same shiz, different day" and feels cooped up in her tiny little duplex. She's not used it and has been dealing with it for 8 years! She wants out but Bodhi LOVES this island and his family, who have their own opinions about what they "should" do.

EP8: "Needed Some Brotherly Advice"
In this episode, Mei is feeling like she's been dropped into the middle of the ocean without a life raft. She's that lost. And she needs the advice of big brother Hai. Meanwhile Bodhi struggles to help his wife because he just doesn't understand what is wrong. To him everything is great! So he just resorts to doing home improvements and trying to take the load of the kids off his wife's shoulders. Hai is still pretty peeved at his wife, too. Madison has had to go on a sleuth of "celebrity parties" and her agency strongly advises she NOT bring her jealous husband to these outings to avoid unnecessary confrontations with paparazzi and other celebrities. BUT.... that doesn't stop them from engaging in WOO HOO.... all over the place. There is nothing like angry woo hoo! But when his sister calls him up all down.... he rushes to comfort her. He invites her to tour his latest construction project, Sunset Luxury Duplexes. He encourages her to put her ideas out there and give him open, honest feedback. That inspires Mei and it's just what she needed!

EP10: "Buttload of Opinions"
Everyone knows opinions are like... everyone's got one! Well, in this family it seems to always cause some drama. Mei and Chantou hear from their husbands that there is a "Boys Trip" being planned and both women are none-too-happy about it --- one's a little more angry than the other, can you guess who? And then of course, Bodhi, being the "good son" that he is goes home to his parent's house to help his mom set up for her brand new food stand and wouldn't you know it? He spills all of Mei's tea about her wanting to leave Sulani --- their multi-generational home. Vihn isn't hearing none of that! And poor Jasper is at wit's end. If Chan doesn't let him take a break to go hang out with Hai (Sr.), Bodhi, and Chaou over a long weekend, he's going to loose his mind. Meanwhile, Chantou's weekend is already chock-full of events, mostly charity events, that she's planned to help raise funds for her father's long-established conservation society. She ain't got NO KINDA TIME for these kids! The arguments ensue and poor little Lauren starts to feel some kinda way about the constant fighting between her parents. What will happen?

EP11: "The Consequences of a Boys' Trip"
After all the hoopla and turmoil the announcement of this trip has caused in various households, the boys risk it all and go on BOYS TRIP! They get to experience the lap of luxury in the "outdoor retreat" (pun intended!) that Hai Zhou has built in Granite Falls, in partnership with the National Park Associate --- something his father Huyang Zhou was vehemently against. This estate is grandiose and meant for entire BIG FAMILIES to camp together. Jasper, Chaou, and even Bodhi are in complete awe of it.

Jasper talks to his brother in laws, Chaou and Bodhi, about their sister (his wife) and Hai just takes it all in before forming an opinion on the subject. It's clear however that Bodhi is #TeamJasper and Chaou is #TeamChan --- and Hai is probably leaning a bit towards Jasper right now.

Hai bonds with Chaou and explains his current predicament with his wife Madison, where she's slowly becoming a Global Superstar in her acting career and its triggering him, hard. Chaou gives him some really good advice.

The one thing Madison told Hai NOT TO DO was to jump into the filthy fishing pond at the cabin because she's afraid they'll catch something more than just fish! And of course what do the boys do right when they get there? Jump into the filthy fishing pond!

EP12: "This Is Just Crazy!"
Madison has her sisters-in-law staying at her 14,000 sq ft mansion in the Beverly Hills of the Sims, The Pinnacles of Del Sol Valley for FOUR WHOLE DAYS --- and she can't deal with 2 whinny wives and 6 rambunctous kids! THANK GOD she has a butler... or she'd be ripping her hair out after that first day.

Meanwhile, the husbands are having the time of their lives at Boy's Trip to Granite Falls where Hai has his own butler he brought to his magnificent luxury cabins! They've spent every day drinking, fishing, swimming (we'll pretend!), drinking, roasting marshmallows, hunting (we'll pretend!, drinking, telling raunchy * jokes, mucking around in the pond, relaxing in the hot springs, andddd did I mention drinking? Even Chaou is impressed with the butler's cooking... its a sweet life!
