Lets start from scratch <3

So after reading one of the threads here on the forums I decided to try and start a save completely from scratch. It would be like a Newcrest world but in all the worlds. No lots, No sims ... No Nothi...

@mcrudd this tutorial on how to get nicer-looking townies might be beneficial to you and anyone else. I leave the maxis-created townies in my save files, but this is a lifesaver to have some nice looking townies around town :)
