Farming EP suggestions:Households:Household 1:
Elmira Clamp, from MySims Kingdom. Elmira is a pig farmer who the player is at first employed to as the pig herder before becoming a Wandolier and lives at Capital Island. She could have a pet pig, if that animal was playable in the Sims 4 Farming EP
Household 2:
Renée, from MySims Agents, and
Sarah, from MySims Mobile.
Renée is a client who approached the SPA asking for help getting her pigs to the movies, while Sarah is a young girl living in the mountains in Mobile version of MySims. She rarely leaves her house because she takes care of her cows. They are unrelated so far, but I can see them being sisters or something like that, because they are both blond and have unknow surnames. They could have a pet pig, if that animal was playable in the Sims 4 Farming EP.
Household 3:
Star, from MySims.
Star is a jonin of the Crescent Moon Village, home of 10,000 jutsus. That's a lot of jutsus! But, what she has to do with farming? Well, when you first meet her at the hotel she introduces herself like that: "Well howdy there! The name's Julie! I'm a farmer from a nearby town. What an interesting place this is!", later Jimmy Watanabe will say that about her introduction: "Did Star totally fool you with that "farmer" routine? She's pretty much a master of disguise". But, you know what could be more funny? If she fooled Jimmy into thinking that she wasn't a farmer. I bet talented ninjas could take care of farms in their spare time.
Household 4:
The Country Cowpokes household, from Appaloosa Plains. It consists of Chuck Hobble and his roommate Johnny Johnson, and their horses Shadow and Freebird. Both roommates are close friends and have a romantic interest on Honey Darnell, which can lead to some tension in the house.
Household 5:
The "Millions in Singles"-ton household, form Appaloosa Plains. It consists of two brothers, intellectual Rodney Singleton, and party animal Booker Singleton, and their horse Glint 3.0. Glint 3.0's predecessor, Glint 2.0 Singleton and possibly Glint 1.0 are already deceased when the game begins. The two horses could fill the "2 pet ghosts" goal.
Household 6:
Martingale family, from Appaloosa Plains. The family consists of Sofia Martingale, Cruz Martingale and their horse Marney Martingale.
Household 7:
Darnell family, from Appaloosa Plains. Honey Darnell is a pre-made playable Sim who lives in Appaloosa Plains at 1812 Edamary Way with her horse and best friend forever, Skedaddle Darnell. She has a cool storyline going on with Chuck and Johnny, that I mentioned above, and she's also a musician, which could be a hint for future packs. hehe
Household 8:
McDermott family, from Riverview. The McDermott family is a pre-made family living in Riverview. The family consists of Luke, Ginny, Maximus, and Travis McDermott. Their name may be a reference to "Old MacDonald", the farm song. The McDermott family is mentioned in one of the object descriptions from The Sims 4: Movie Hangout Stuff, which would make them even cooler to see as a playable family. Abagail McDermott, the family ancestor, could be the towns ghost.
Household 9:
Greenman family, from Riverblossom Hills. I don't know if thats the case, but a Farming EP would be perfect to introduce proper working PlantSims. Then, I suggest the classic plantsim family. The family includes Jason Greenman and his PlantSim wife Rose Greenman. They have one daughter, a spore child of Rose, named Daisy Greenman.
I've left 9 sims out of the households, because it wouldn't make sense to add 9+ sism just for the sake of reaching the max goal.
NPC sims:
- W.C. Friendly: is a busker who appears in The Sims: Unleashed. He can be seen playing his saxophone in Old Town;
- Giuseppi Renni: Giuseppi Renni is an NPC organ grinder who appears on community lots in Old Town. He appears with his pet monkey, Mr. McCutch, who will either ride on his shoulder or dance on the organ, depending on whether or not he is playing. He and W. C. Friendly could be enemies in SIms 4, since they never showed up at the same time on community lots.
- Doug Downey: I know this one seems random, but i released a survey a couple weeks ago about Twinbrook sims, and everyone seems to be obsessed with Doug Downey for some reason, so... I think he deserves to be in Sims 4.
- Miss Custer: In Sims 1 there's a market named after someone called Custer, but we never saw them previously. Maybe she could show up in Sims 4 as a food stall vendor selling fruits and vegetables;
- Miss Lucille: She's is an NPC in The Sims: Unleashed, who appears in Old Town community lots with candle displays. She will read the selected Sim's palm for §20, which will occasionally maximize the motives of the Sim being read, or even of all family members. She can also "read" pets. For §200, she will bring a zombie Sim back to life, though this will not restore their lost personality. In the Sims 4 EP, maybe she could sell a seeds to turn sims into plantsims, and turn plantsims into humans. She could also sell magic powders or stuff to help with plants and farming animals;
- Holly Vinedal: Yes, I know. We already have her on the gallery, but... Having a sim on the gallery isn't the same to me. And Holly... she's a country kinda girl that would be perfect to live in a farming world.
Ghosts:
- Abagail McDermott:: She's the mother of Luke McDermott, and should be added to the town with the rest of the family.
- And, again, not going to reach the "2 ghosts" goal, as its not necessary.
Stray Pets:
- The stray pet could be a pig, but with a pop culture reference. Like, maybe a pig with little wings, a golden pig, or maybe the spider-pig.
Ghost Pets:
- Glint 1.0 Singleton and Glint 2.0 Singleton could be the town ghosts, related to the Singleton family.
