I really liked the idea of a medieval themed pack, I really want a generations pack for family play, a pets pack can bring our furry, scaly, and feathers friends back, and a weather pack can give us Summer/Fall/Spring/Winter fun! Teens can have BIG mood swings adding monster +10 moodlets, animals can wander outside if the feel lonely, and storms/disasters can damage things, like broken windows(can't forget about the Look Out Window interaction, I miss it) and short out electronics destroy plumbing. A few ideas.
