Long hair CC for girls?

you could search around in modthesims.info they have a lot of custom hair and stuff

I have this one in my game it is called Mylady (I believe) It is by Nightcrawler on The Sims Resource

Do you guys know of any Sims 4 CC hair that is laptop mode friendly?

I have laptop mode and just stick to the sims 4 style but i cant find any for young girls

~ Try Maxis Match hair,it is lower in Polys & Laptop friendly!
