Question

After learning about his Grandmother Eleanor’s past ties to royalty, a life she willingly gave up, Leif takes it upon himself to learn about her past.

Unfortunately Eleanor passed away from old age before he could ask her

Learning of her family name, Jatizso from his mother Leif tried searching for the Dynasty.

Though he discovered there was no mention of her. It was almost as if she didn’t exist.

Wanting to restore her name, Leif decides on embarking to Ondarion to find out about her past and learn the truth about her absence from history

Eleanor and Leif are characters related to my 2026 OMOWOY challenge sim Cebolla, though familiarity with any of them isn't really necessary.
This story grew from an idea that I had for Eleanor all the way in February. Though at the time it didn't feel like it was the time to share. Now with encouragement from friends, and how close Cebolla will be moving to Ondarion it feels like this is the right time.

Ch. 1 - Searching for CluesLeif arrived in Dambele hours after he left Del Sol Valley. He was feeling tired from the long flight but his excitement from starting his quest kept him fueled.Dropping off his belongings at the rental, Leif quickly made his way to Hardcover, the local library. Resting would’ve been the more ideal option but he didn’t want to waste any time.Searching through historical books for any mention of the Jatizso Dynasty.He was left stumped as he found some mention of them, but nothing with his Grandmother’s name. Just a King Raldor, Queen Maya and a Prince Aerin.Asking the librarian, he hoped to gain access to their historical archives.“We don’t carry that. Those kinds of records are kept within the Palace. You can request permission to view them, but it’ll take some time for them to review your request”“Hm… Is there another way that would be quicker? Like a historian I can talk to?”“Well there is Royal Historian that works within the Palace. He occasionally visits the library for studies. He might be able to help you. I can ask him if he could meet with you if you’d like”That got his hopes up.&nbsp;While he waited to hear from the historian, Leif bid his time around Verdemar.&nbsp;"Hmph, those frogs are too slippery"
