The Artist's Farm is a very nice home! :) The layout of the home is very nice! The open shutter windows add to the very nice look of the exterior in the home. The lavender plants along the front exterior of the home looks nice and homely. The hanging flowers lamps in the front of the home look nice. Very nice back patio areas! The roof covered hot tub gazebo is very nice! Very nice outdoors living sofa seats sitting area for sims to enjoy sitting resting having a chat in the sunshine. Sims will have fun swimming in the pool. The flowers look pretty lining each side of the pathway from the back porch steps. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! The green colour scheme of the dining is very restful for sims when eating at the table in the dining room. It looks nice how you have placed a variety of chairs around the dining table. It looks nice how you have placed the fruit pictures on the wall, and the butterflies picture and purple flowers are pretty for sims to see when dining there. The fruit bowl and teapot are nice touches on the side table. The plants in the corner nooks are nice nature touches in the room. Very nice design of the kitchen! It looks nice how you have placed the kitchen cabinets. The blue and white colour scheme looks nice. The cereal box and hot chocolate items and the condiments on the counters are great kitchen items for sims to see whilst cooking meals. Very nice living room! The type of blinds and the seating look nice together. It looks nice how you have used different coloured sofa seating to give a nice look. The candles look pretty between the plants on the coffee table. Sims will enjoy sitting relaxing on the sofa watching TV, or like sitting at the desk table using the computer. The plants either sides of the desks are nice for sims to see when sitting there. The master bedroom is very nice! It looks very nice how you have placed the homely touches of the books and the fruit and butterflies pictures on the bedhead shelves. The scenic pictures on the bedhead wall are calming for sims to see when laying in bed. Sims will enjoy reading a book from the bookcase when in bed.
It is a very nice home :) It is nice that you built it for your artist sim.

Especially for Stef is a very nice home! :) It is very special that you built a home for your nephew. The exterior design of the home is very nice! It looks very nice how you have used the pillars in the build and the roofing is very nice! It looks very nice how you have the water around the edges of the home! The bridge pathway to the entrance door is nice. The plants look very nice how you have placed them in the nooks either sides of the front door! The shrubs are nice touches either sides of the front gate. The plants and flowers on the side and back areas of the home look very nice! The plants, rocks and flowers through the build are so nice! Very nice outdoors pool patio! Sims will enjoy swimming in the pool, or enjoy cooking meals on the BBQ and eating them at the umbrella covered table, enjoy dining in the sunshine. The row of plants look nice how you have placed them on the back porch. The green and white colour of the exterior of the home looks very nice. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! The design of the kitchen is very nice! Nice bar stools counter for sims to enjoy sitting at and eating their meals. The fruit bowl, condiments and menu board are nice kitchen touches. The dining and study room is very nice! Sims will enjoy sitting at the corner study desk table using the computer or reading a book. It looks great how you have angled the dining table. Sims will enjoy the sunshine coming in through the windows whilst eating their meals. It looks nice how you have the bar as as part of the dining area. Sims will enjoy sitting on the stools after a meal and having a drink from the bar and a chat. The drinks shelves look great how you have placed them besides the bar counter. The plants and flowers on and either side of the table in the corner nook are nice nature touches in the room. Very nice layout and furnishing of the living room! The sunken TV watching and reading area is very nice! It looks very nice how you have placed the sofas and armchairs there, for sims to enjoy resting there, having a chat. The bookcases look nice how you have placed them either sides of the TV. The candles and plants look very pretty and nice how you have placed them on the shelf above the TV and on the coffee table! They are nice for sims to see whilst reading and watching TV there. The cabinets and tables look great how you have placed them under the TV. It looks very nice how you have placed the pictures on the fireplace wall! Very nice furnishing of the bedrooms! The colour schemes of the bedrooms look nice. The wall bookcases in the single beds room looks great, and it is nice that you have double study desk there, placed face to face so sims can use the computers at the same time. The positioning of the beds in the room looks nice. The flowers and plants in the second bedroom are nice touches there for sims to see when laying in bed.
The home is very nice. :) Your nephew will like it!
