Yes, before anyone asks, despite the numerous builds I've built and uploaded to the gallery over the last month or so, I AM still working on those two residential builds (as well as my reno of Oasis Springs into a spa town), but the mood struck and I built a new rental lot in Granite Falls. The lake house I built last year is great but only has one bedroom.

Four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a state-of-the-art kitchen, lounge and pool.

RESIDENTIAL

This lot was designed to replace Lakeside Retreat in Granite Falls.
