His wife, Eliza, on the other hand is perfectly happy where she is but she does admit the home she loves could use some improvements. What will it take to make Bob "Love It"? Or Eliza "List It"? Let's see...Bob's Musts:*A state of the art gourmet kitchen
*An outdoor entertainment space with a pool or hot tub, plenty of seating and a place to show off his culinary skills.
*An additional guest room for the local food critics who find there way to Bob's dinner parties.
Eliza's Musts:*A home gym or a spa
*A state of the art gaming den
*A nursery
Both would like the interior design to be "spruced up"....change the style to anything you like or rather.....what you think The Pancakes would like.
You may do both the Reno and New Build or just choose one. The Reno: "Love it"*You may not remove any exterior walls, or add a basement
*You may remove any interior wall, doors or windows
*You may recolor anything in the house that will allow it ( including walls, window,doors, objects)
*Landscape plants may be sold but you must replace the landscaping. For instance, sell all the bushes....replace them. The items can be of lesser value and lesser number but remember, you want Bob and Eliza to love it.
*Use the
motherload Cheat to receive your $50,00.00 reno budget. Household objects may be sold to increase your Reno budget of 50,000 Simoleons. ( Household funds should be $70,000.00 at the start of your Reno save and you can use it all for the renovation)
*You must have at least 3 bedrooms (remember Eliza wants a nursery and Bob wants an additional guest room....who will you please?)
* You must have 2 bathrooms.
The New Home: "List It"http://i18.servimg.com/u/f18/15/19/71/56/potter10.jpg* Open a new game. Select Bob and Eliza and immediately move them to the empty lot called Potter's Splay.

The new home must have at least 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a Living room, a Kitchen, Dining room and of course as many of The Pancakes musts as you can fit in your budget.
