I still don't trust him. My main issue with the guy is that he has to be in control all the time. Evie wants to get home, he offers to give her a lift but HE decides to go to an abandoned church, without telling her, without asking if that's OK. He keeps doing this: Making an offer and then steering Evie in a direction of his choosing. In some ways this might be seen as a positive; getting Evie out of her shell, but he's coming across as controlling. At the music festival Evie can manage carrying camping equipment but Jude takes it off her hands anyway. He doesn't ask her if he can lift her up, he just does it. He knows she doesn't smoke but he puts a cigarette in her hand anyway. I'm watching you, Jude!
