My spa was built with the summer theme. The famous were in mind and it was erected in Del Sol Valley. The top two floor are empty. If you want to expand your spa and gym just add stairs! (the pink banners around the foundation were not added by me, and it is and odd color choice being how my sim calendar says it is Halloween)
