The layout of Black Cat loft looks very nice! :) Very nice black and brown colour scheme of the room. The black wall picture looks very nice in the room! The upper level loft dining area looks great! The type of dining seats used looks stylish and the pool lights look nice how they are placed on the wall. Very nice sofa and armchairs sittting area. Sims will resting there and having a chat. The red seating is a nice added touch of red to the room .The circles floor rugs look great there! Very nice kitchen nook under the loft dining area , for sims to enjoy cooking meals. The stone textured pillars look great in the room.

Hi @MadRadMandee! You build some great stuff! I didn't know you could make lofts in TS4. That wouldn't be something that I would think of building. Come to think of it, I've never seen a house with a loft in real life before. I think my favourite one is the Trendy Lil Loft! I love the splashes of orange in it! :)

Classic Family Home no 2 is very pretty ! :) Very nice exterior design of the home! The flowers in the front garden look so pretty! Very nice roofing in the build and the windows look very nice how they are placed in the home. Very nice layout of the interior of the home. The furnishing of the rooms looks very nice, and very nice colour schemes. The candles are pretty touches on the bedside tables in the master bedroom. Sims will enjoy waking up to sunshine coming in through the bedhead windows.

Periwinkle Cottage is so very pretty! :) Very nice exterior design of the home! The open shutter flower box windows dormers look very nice! The floral greenery on the exterior walls , the water fountains, the plants and flowers along the front edges of the home, the stone fencing and the flowers along the fencing looks very pretty! The flower cart and bird house are nice touches there. It is nice that the wishing well is in the build. Very nice open plan layout of the kitchen and dining area. The hedging looks nice separating off the cooking area. The design of the bar stool counter and the chef mysim on it looks great! The crockery cabinet looks homely there. Very nice trellis covered and columns vines entwined swimming pool terrace! It looks great! The water fall fountain looks very nice in the pool. The layout of the interior of the home looks very nice!

Your latest two additions look great! That little family home is just super cute, and I love that front garden. It actually looks like a typical Scandinavian home I could find in my neighborhood :smile: Periwinkle Cottage is stunning, and the landscaping here too is just wonderful! I am in love with that pool with the trellis and fountain, that is just gorgeous!
