123 Blossom Court is very nice! :) Very nice design of the exterior, and the layout of the interior with the upper landing and loft areas looks very great! Very nice front areas of the build! It looks nice the way the plants border the areas . Sims will enjoy resting on the seat bench in the front nook area watching the nice water fountain feature or sitting at the table chatting in the outdoors air. The flowers look pretty! Very nice red and white outdoors dining area of the pool patio for cooking meals on the BBQ and eating meals at the umbrella covered table in the sunshine. Nice bar area for sims to enjoy sitting on the stool having a drink from the bar. The L shaped pool looks great! Very nice furnishing of the interior! The alcove near the dining table looks very nice! The collectibles look so great how they have been placed on the shelves there! It looks effective! The white patterned wall looks great separating off the dining area.
The home is very nice :)

Seacrest Cottage

The exterior design and layout of Seacrest Cottage looks very nice! :). Very nice design of the roofing and dormers! The flowers look very pretty on the edges of the home and the front pathway! The trellis covered front pathway looks very nice . Nice seat bench sitting nook on the front patio for resting outdoors in the air , and the back patio outdoors dining area is great! Sims will enjoy cooking meals on the bbq and eating them at the table in the outdoors air. Very nice layout and furnishing of the interior of the home! It is a nice touch that there is a Christmas tree in the living room.

Seacrest Family Home

The exterior design of Seacrest Family Home is very nice! :) Very nice layout of the build! The dormers look great and very nice raised roof covered front pathway! The stone fencing is a nice touch. The flowers look very pretty on the edges of the fencing and the home building. Very nice trellis covered outdoors dining gazebo! The greenery is a nice touch on the edges of the gazebo. The design of the glass roofed gardening area looks very nice! Sims will enjoy growing and harvesting plants there. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! The sunken living room area is very nice! Sims will enjoy sitting relaxing on the sofas there, watchiing tv, Very nice design of the kitchen area! It looks great the way that the half walls separate off the kitchen area. The wall patterning in the kitchen and living room area gives a nice look and feel to the home. The blue and white colour scheme of the kitchen , and the placement of the cabinets around the kitchen windows looks very nice. Sims will enjoy the sunshine coming in through the windows whilst cooking meals. The fruit wall pictures and the flower patterned floor rug are nice touches there. Nice corner dining nook to enjoy eating a meal .

Amazing builds! I especially like the Bubble Lounge and Periwinkle Cottage! So creative, colourful, and well done. And the landscaping on the cottage is amazing!! If it is alright with you I'd like to nominate both for Maxis Faves if they haven't been already?
