Maternity wear, please!

I know, I know...you don't need it anymore; sims can wear any clothes while pregnant; CC is a thing. I get it. I hear you. But....what about simmers who can't/prefer not to use CC? Even with CC, the preg morphs don't always look right. And let's face it, the quality of CC varies wildly from one source to another, not to mention style, Maxis match vs. alpha, etc. etc. It would be so much easier to just have maternity wear added, or at least edit CAS to better fit pregnant sims. Larger sims could use the same treatment. Not a lot of options for sims who don't have the body of Summer Holiday or Don Lothario...

Mostly, though, I'm just tired of seeing this:
Sorry they made me remove this to post it? FAIL EA!
See how it looks like her stomach is cut in half there? (And it's only her second trimester.) This happens with all of the pants options, I checked. And tops aren't much better, for the record. Neither are dresses. Just...can we make pregnant sims not look like they have half a stomach? Please?

That looks funny, but in real life the t-shirt wouldn't cover her belly. I kind of like how all clothes fit even fat sims without bulges and such. Maybe you could give her a dress, or longer t-shirt, so you don't see the pants and t-shirt swell to a different degree.
  • Maternity clothes would be so cute! I didn't know there was CC for that. Some shirts that tuck in make the bump look better. I usually put my pregnant Sims in sweatpants and a tank top because there is no maternity jeans with elastic waist bands in the game lol Or I like the long skirts or dresses that look stretchy
