Just a player here who depends on the wonderful community simmers who share their creations because I simply cannot build, lol.
I would like to nominate Kiyomatsu Point Ski Lodge by GoldenGeep. I couldn't get the lot to come up in the web gallery by its name but did get the creator's page to show up: https://www.ea.com/games/the-sims/the-sims-4/pc/gallery/browse?category=lots&searchtype=ea_origin_id&sortby=newest&time=all&searchquery=GoldenGeep&max=50&maxis=false
I first put this lot into a save 11/23/20 and since then I've added it to all my save games. With the lovely high ceilings in the lodge, I even added a rock climbing wall, adding yet another option for a club activity. It's also a great lot to see in a New Year. Don't think I've ever enjoyed watching sims do a countdown to midnight as much as I did here. The room with the large TV was packed chock full and it really felt like a New Year's Eve celebration.
I don't think this is a well known builder but think this lot would be a good candidate for Maxis Favorite consideration.
