Black and White House is a lovely modern family home! :) Very nice black and white colour scheme and it is great that it is only base game! Very lovely exterior design and layout! It is a very nice and detailed home! Very nice rooftop patio where kids can enjoy playing on the pirate ship and all sims can enjoy gardening in the garden boxes, painting on the easel or sitting resting on the loungers around the water fountain. The flowers are pretty! Very nice roof covered outdoors dining and pool patio! Sims will enjoy swimming and dining outdoors there. Very nice marble flooring! Very lovely furnishing of the interior! The kitchen design and chequered flooring is very nice! Very nice and furnishing of all the rooms of the home! Very nice wall panelling and wall patterns of the bedrooms,
