Max had been at work until the wee hours of the morning, and upon arriving home, he worked hard to sabotage the day, in typical Max fashion.

Father Winter arrived and still managed to put some gifts under the sad little tree.

Father Winter refused to give him any gifts and politely ignored his antics as he gave gifts to those more deserving.

But Father's Winter's goodness trumped his evil spirit.

"Fine," Max huffed in defeat. "You win this one. Why don't you stay for dinner? Think of it as a truce."

"This is one of my specialties," Max told him, as they each took a plate that Max noticeably did not taste himself.

But yet again, Max's evil spirit did not prevail. (I used MCCC cheats to check his buffs and our murder attempt most definitely failed lol)
